Hello! ✨🫶 I’m Ila, a Registered Psychologist based out of Regina, Saskatchewan. My approach to psychotherapy is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities to support deep healing and self-discovery. I believe that you are your own best healer, and my role is to guide you on a journey back to yourself.

In my work, I incorporate psychodynamic, transpersonal, somatic, systemic, and expressive arts therapies. While I offer traditional talk therapy, I also integrate meditation, visualization, EMDR, hypnotherapy, parts work, Family Constellations, and other experiential approaches to create a personalized healing experience.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore your inner world, your consciousness, your family system, process trauma, and develop strategies for meaningful change.
