Connecting with the Ancestors is a heart-based workshop inspired by Systemic Family Constellations & Art Therapy to recall strength, explore boundaries & ignite self-compassion.
We will access gentle and empowering tools such as ritual, art therapy, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, and guided meditation to support you as we prepare to close the cycle of this year.
